Review on High Point SSD7103 Bootable Controller by Sammy Suratno

I bought a Raid Card 7103 from Highpoint 3 months ago. It doesn't work as it should - the transfer rate is about half what it should be. I worked with HighPoint support for a month, then Asus for a month, and then AMD. I swapped the motherboard, CPU, GPU, power supply and swapped out the memory. Nothing seems to change. Highpoint told me they have no information at this time. So I spent about $450 on their card (and even more money on the M.2 inside) and I don't feel comfortable selling a card that has issues. I'm not sure what to do.
