DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND

It took a bit of adjusting to get comfortable. I did not wrapped it tightly. I believe the buckle in the middle was the problem. The buckle was too thick for it to be wrapped around that it kept hitting the painful part of my wrist and made it worst. Though, it took me multiple tries, I can say that this product actually helped heal my wrist and forearm.
