Glad it has free return shipping. Firstly the description is misleading/incorrect, there is no way this thing could be 26 inches - I actually measured. When you put it in "Power" / T-Bar mode (just like the picture) it's 14 inches from the base of the 17mm socket to the center of the handlebar. In "Power" mode, the length would be even shorter if you couldn't use the 17mm jack. Note that I'm not even sure you can put this thing into "power" mode with one of your own sockets as there is no ball bearing to prevent the handle from slipping under the 17mm Fixed head slips. So I have no idea why or how they claim it's 26" or even possible/advisable to use it in power mode with anything other than a 17mm jack. The quality, albeit very poor - 3 Ball bearings are very weak. I would actually be very concerned about putting pressure on the wrench because I think they could very well slip - 1 ball bearing wouldn't move at all. So there's no other way to put the wrench in the " Power mode" than 17mm (which isn't the case in my case) - the silver bar only goes through two of the three holes in the red band. One of the end holes in the red bar looks like it's unfinished and needs to to be filed or something to get the strip through. Also, to use this item you are limited to 17mm, 19mm and 21mm without purchasing additional heads 1/2". While it may fit some, 21mm is too small for all three of our vehicles (Ridg eline, Odessy and Camry). This is not an error, but be aware that you may need to purchase additional heads. use. Looks like a good idea but very poorly done.
