I moved from Charleston, South Carolina to Roanoke, Virginia. The mattress was packed in threes. The next step was to roll up my mattress and tape it up like a small dumpling (it's a Casper mattress and I called him to confirm everything was fine). We then had to go down TWO flights of stairs, through the parking lot and into a tiny U-Pack. We made it. Six weeks later, the U-Pack was opened, the mattress removed, carried across a different parking lot, and then up two more flights of stairs. The second time it was done by movers, so it was pretty unceremonious. Nevertheless, the bag was ok, as was the mattress. If I move again I will definitely be a regular customer.
