The product's fan works and fits snugly on the stand (Xbox S), but the game slots are too wide. Because of this, they look sloppy and not neat. The charging stations don't work, I bought the Revain recommended batteries and tried the Microsoft packs and they just vibrate and flash red and then go green again and won't charge. Avoid not only this product but this brand in general, spend some money and get official products from Microsoft, you have to anyway (check out the reviews) and it will save you some frustration.
