The level of support we receive from our account manager is unparalleled in this industry! Their depth goes far beyond what any other vendor would offer you or give to another customer for that matter!! I'm also happy with how quickly they get back - even over holidays/vacations.

We have been working together since 2005; there are no issues at all between us (we're just two guys who love computers). Our client base has grown considerably throughout these years but so too did it's scope as well which was not something anyone had forecasted prior when starting out 10+ yrs ago :) This makes things difficult sometimes because some small changes can become large projects depending upon where your project stands within its life cycle stage etc.. It always depends if one needs more people / tools than currently available internally by GORC!
