I like that they are very knowledgeable about my industry. They have really helped me with all aspects of my job search. It's not always easy to find someone who knows your area as well as you do and has the experience you need. I also like how thorough their searches are. They will dig into any negative information that could be an issue for future employers. They are very diligent about finding out everything they can about candidates. I think it's great that they are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Sometimes it's hard to find information about candidates that isn't available online. I don't know if this is just because I haven't been looking long enough, but I've noticed that it takes longer than usual to fill out applications. Sometimes it seems like there is nothing more they can do at that point. We have found a great fit so far.
