The controller burned out as soon as I plugged it in
I grabbed a blanket, pocketed it and immediately smelled electric smoke. The controller is burned out. I'm hoping to hear from Biddeford that they will replace the cable and controller so I can start over. That sounds like something extraordinary. I've only read one review that says something like this. I see no other way to contact them other than through this verification process.
