The ability for us as UX designers to quickly prototype our ideas into working products is one of my favorite things! I love that it's so easy to get set up and start testing immediately. It also has an awesome community full of helpful people who have been there before you (and will be again when you need them!). Setting goals was very straightforward - just answer some simple questions like "how many visits do we want per day?" or "which devices should receive which version?". This really helped me figure out what changes needed to be made between versions. Some features were still buggy but they seemed to improve over time. For example, if your test subjects have different browsers than normal visitors, then sometimes the results wouldn't match reality -- this can happen even within the same browser though.
