Look, my cat is outside and eats everything, so it's not really about the taste. For example, my 8 month old kitten, who has had all sorts of congenital problems - systolic murmur, eyelid agenesis and chronic diarrhea since I adopted him at 6 weeks of age - has had no diarrhea. In those 8 months my vet and I have tried everything: Purina One, 3 different Hill's ID recipes, 2 different probiotic blends, the 3 ingredient instinctive rabbit diet - and a few more that I can't even remember. We've done stool tests for parasites, tried different antibiotics, etc. and all came back negative and/or didn't work. I mean, the vet was throwing around ideas for combinations of a high fiber diet, a low fat diet, choosing different proteins, using an elimination diet, etc. just all sorts of things until I came across a Reddit post where the person said, that his kitten stopped eating. Diarrhea with this food due to grains. At this point we couldn't make the diarrhea worse so I ordered it and hoped for the best. About a week into this food, HARD POOP. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE CHILDREN'S LIVES. i was so proud In any case, that's all she's eating right now, and the poo is mostly normal.
