I initially purchased this as a way to keep my sleeping bag clean. It is light, compact, and fits perfectly in my regular length 30 degree down bag. The liner's texture is comfortable. It certainly does what it was intended to do. I had previously slept in this bag in low 30's temperature and felt cold throughout the night. But with the liner, as thin as it is, I recently slept in high 20's with the same sleeping bag and did not feel cold. Also, I haven't timed it, but I feel like my sleeping bag warms up quicker when using the liner. Would definitely get this again.
