Has everything I was looking for.
But I can't get past the taste. I have to add two packets per servings to feel better. The taste is not bad but it's not what I am used to. I gave it stars because it has everything I was looking for in electrolytes, and the price was something I can work with.
- The flavor was good and maybe a little on the sweet side. Overall I like it and will order it again.
- May not help with muscle recovery as promised
