Very Loud! on my review.
Blowing this at full strength is deafening. It will be heard. Two whistles were provided and I gave one to my sister and kept one. I put mine in my car for use in the event I went off the road and couldn't be seen from it. Also for hiking. It's easy to get injured and no one is around. Many situations where it will get you noticed.
