Very user friendly-easy set ups great customer service

The system is easy to use. I like how HIPPA compliant it is & the HIPAA training was really helpful. When entering patient information they recommend using an app called Vantage or another HIPPA compliant App, I do not know which one they are referring to but there are many available for both iOS & Android (I'm mobile). I'm looking into setting up our own email account so once this is figured out we should be able to easily share information from outside to inpatient and outpatient settings. Setting up a new patient is very quick with just a few questions asked. This has helped us streamline our entry process. It's easy for my team members (especially those who are not as tech savvy) to use! I love that it is intuitive so we can get started right away without having any training or learning how HIPPO works first. The documentation could be better in some areas but overall this product has been very helpful when managing our patient population of over 200,000 people at one time!!
