The best thing about this product from my perspective was that it gave me an opportunity to have more control over all aspects related with our business, including managing leads/contacts as well marketing activities like scheduling appointments or sending invitations etc., which I used daily in order not only make sure we are meeting deadlines but also keep track how many contacts were reached by each activity done within one day (we had several campaigns running at once).

It's very easy-to use interface allows you manage your database easily without having lots experience using such softwares - so if there isn't enough time before launch date then don’t worry because training will be provided after purchase! There weren' t much positive things regarding its functionality since most part could do just fine manually too; however when doing some complex tasks where manual input would take longer than expected due lack off knowledge needed i found myself stuck sometimes while trying.
