Deal for what he does.

This thermometer is very FAST, accurate and very easy to use. The calibration feature is handy, although mine was right out of the box. I see no reason to spend more on another thermometer. I particularly like the sharp tip at the end of the probe, which easily penetrates food without having to press hard like some utensils.
