Not what I expected from this brand

I only looked at the pack of nails separately and they hated it too. As previously mentioned I have used and loved this brand of picture hooks for many years, they do not damage walls and are easy to remove and reuse. In this pack, like the pack of nails, the nails are much longer and wider than the ones I used. They are difficult to climb through the holes in the hooks, difficult to climb into the wall, and almost impossible to remove. I imagine they would be useful if you're hanging a very…

Nails not as shown

The product sold by Revain is not as shown. These picture hangers used to include very thin nails that only left a tiny hole in the plaster walls, as well as three large 100lb hanger nails (as shown in the picture) - I've been using these for years. The set I got here includes all the larger nails, and the smaller hooks appear to have been redesigned for thicker nails rather than ultra-thin ones. This is disappointing as the main benefit of these hangers was that they left minimal damage to the

Holes not as big as a pin

The nails are not small so I don't see how this product "will reduce damage to the wall leaving only a small pin sized hole". No, it's not a huge hole, but definitely not the size of a pin. I also bought a set for different weights, thought it would be useful. But for small items it is better to use ordinary picture hangers with small nails and not to make a larger hole in the wall than necessary. All nails in this set are the same size. Whether for 5ib, 10lb, 20lb - still the same nails, the…

Not the best choice for sawtooth picture hangers

This product works best with wire. I bought it after seeing the OOK video. Nowhere in the video was it mentioned that this doesn't work with all types of suspension mechanisms. Still a good product but needs further clarification from OOK for optimal use. Will not work with sawtooth picture hangers and no instructions are provided. You can play around with the sawtooth and warp it a bit so it can slide into the hanger, or you can hang your photo on a nail sticking out of the OOK hook instead of

Quality Control Derailed

I used these OOK sets for my paintings/mirrors/memo boards/etc. used. Hanging takes more than ten years. Quality control has gone downhill. The pack I bought from HomeDepot 5 years ago was ready so I got the same set here at Revain. Although at first glance it is the same - in reality it is not. The old packaging was "packaged in the USA and the parts are made in different countries". The new one is imported from China, where all production and packaging takes place. Guess what - all the nails…
