I am very impressed with their customer service. When I received my lock I noticed the handle for my setup was on the wrong side - I had to be on the right, it was on the left. So the instructions say all you have to do is hold the lock in your hand and twist the handle up and it will flip to the other side. My inner button worked but the outer didn't - it got stuck at 10 o'clock and wouldn't move any further. I contacted their customer service department and received an email very soon. Fiona from her support department called me after a while and tried to figure out what the problem was. She called a couple of engineers over to talk to us and we discussed what might have gone wrong. Your engineer asked me to open the back of the lock. They waited patiently while I pulled out a screwdriver and disassembled the assembly. As soon as I opened the assembly, the handle moved freely. I installed the lock (it's VERY EASY to install and it comes with the drill needed to drill a hole different from a regular door lock). Unfortunately the lock didn't work properly so they contacted Revain straight away and within 2 days they sent another lock to my home. I installed it and it works great. Fiona stayed in touch with me throughout the event and wasn't satisfied until I was completely satisfied. Fiona has done an AMAZING job and should be commended for her diligence and focus on making sure her products meet customer needs. I am planning to get 4 more for other buildings and outbuildings around our house. Connection. The locks work with a fingerprint, a smart watch, a smartphone, small electronic cards, through the number entered on the keyboard, the keys actually included (there are 5 of them), the key fob (which I do not have and can not tell), and if you buy an additional gateway, you can use your voice command (Alexa, etc.) in your home to open the lock. Each key can be assigned a name, making it easy to keep track of who owns which electronic key for your lock. The phone lock app interface is easy to use and allows you to easily manage your lock and keys. I originally wanted a lock that I could send a lock command to. So if I found I hadn't checked the lock before bed, I didn't have to get dressed and go out and check the locks. were locked on the outside. This lock doesn't seem to support this process, at least I didn't understand it, but I set it to lock after 5 seconds so the door is always locked. You'd think it would be a pain with the door locked all the time, but it's so surprisingly easy to open - the fingerprint scanner is very good and easy to use - that it's just a simple gesture of opening the door .
