I bought these phones but could not connect them to the base station. When I called Vtech, the rep had me repeat the same procedures over 25 times and couldn't connect them. The last thing he made me do was turn off the phone that was programmed into the base station so my phone wouldn't work again and I handed it back to Revane! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT USEFUL. BRING AMERICANS BACK TO MINISTRY IN THE USA! SO PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND THEM AND THE REPRESENTATIVE GIVE ALL THE INFORMATION AT ONCE. I.e. press "Find Handset” until the indicator and # symbol flash while holding the "Find Handset” button; what is not in the book. THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
