The machine itself is very good. However, vtech really messed up the lighting for this model. The green glow is too weak; It is very difficult to see the data on the display. I had to return the product. Vtech needs to restart the display. Green background with black letters - not very good, especially in low light.

I thought it was my phone line but we checked. Everything was good. This phone is broken. I would appreciate a different phone instead. It does NOT work properly at all. Recently, it doesn't turn off when you press the button and doesn't support hands-free calls. Bellavia

I ordered it in blue which is great! I'm so tired of black and silver phones. I also ordered together with an extra tube. Everything works perfectly. I have no problems with these phones. Calls come through clearly. Thank goodness the call was settled. I usually have it disabled. There is an indicator light that tells me the line is in use. I didn't use a wall mount because I can't figure out how. LAUGH OUT LOUD!
