I had specific interests in mind when looking for a weight lifting belt. 1) Extra back support.2) easily adjustable buckle. As I'm not a fan of the clip ones. 3) stylish and comfortability. This belt surprisingly met all these expectations and more. Very easy sizing and comes with a case to make smaller and fit into your bag easily. Unfortunately the zipper broke on the cover but the case was still able to be used. Great product. Looks very simple yet elegant.
