Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

took Skype to work. In theory, it should be typical, but I don't have anything else with which to compare it. On the other hand, I can affirm without a certain that neither my coworkers nor I are contributing to any background noise. I recorded myself, and there is a loud noise coming from the microphone; I'm not sure how to get rid of it, but other sounds that were in the recording are no longer audible. It would be higher, it would be better, it clings to the table, and there's nowhere to put it. The volume control and microphone mute buttons are convenient for me, but it's inconvenient that this headpiece always gets in the way. It's large and it's in an inconvenient place for me. Due to the lengthy hours I work, I have to take turns using each of my ears. The first thing that happens is that it starts to prick my ears, and the second thing that happens is that if you put on both ears, you can hear yourself like you're in a tank. This makes me feel uneasy. The ears do not press, soft, the microphone travels away. I would like to note that after using the microphone for a period of six months, the wire started to fray, and eventually it stopped working altogether. I took it to several different repair shops, but they refused to take it anywhere else. As a result, they fixed it for a thousand dollars, and now I can't hear myself, and only one of my ears can be heard properly. I did not bend the wire; I worked in a stationary position at the desktop. In general, I find the price of one year of service to be a bit steep for something of such high quality; as a result, I will never purchase anything from Microsoft again.

Pros
  • a sound that is suitable for dialogue. ambient noise cancellation microphone
Cons
  • The ambient noise is quite loud, and others on the opposite side of the conversation have mentioned that after prolonged use it can irritate the ears. Because of this, I have to take turns listening with each ear, and when I talk it seems like I'm sitting in a barrel.
