Review on 🎧 Yealink WH62 Dual Wireless Headset with Microphone - Teams Certified for PC, Mac, Office Telephone, IP VoIP Phones (Microsoft Optimized) by Johnny Bloomer

I followed the basic instructions, plugged the USB into the phone and the base and it just doesn't work. I have a Yealink T42S phone and it said it was compatible. I tested a different USB with my computer and it worked. I pressed the headset button on my phone and it still doesn't work. The sad thing is that nobody from the support service will help me. They just don't answer. Revane called and was very helpful, but Yeaklink stinks. I would not buy any more products from them.
