Part appears to be missing. I couldn't mount it on my tripod. The mount (where you mount your iPad) has a threaded hole for screwing to a tripod, but it doesn't screw to mine. The hole was big enough, it just wouldn't screw in/stay in place. It wouldn't be strong at all. He wouldn't move either. I couldn't figure out how to rotate it to landscape. It attaches to a tripod as if you were shooting in portrait mode. My return request was processed and it was very easy so I gave it another star.
