Review on 🎒 NeatPack 20L Foldable Nylon Backpack with Security Zippers - Durable Daypack in Blue by Julio Black

I have to say that this vendor truly knows what customer support is all about. When I received the backpack I noticed that it had a message in the front that made the backpack look like it was a promotional item. It said "GirlsLoveTravel.org" and it also had a heart logo. I thought this was weird and I didn't like it, but I did like the backback. As teh result of this I wrote a review where I mentioned the backback had that message and that was the only thing I did not like about it. Immediately after that I received an email from the owner apologizing and explaining that it seemed like there was an issue with the shipping and ebay had sent me the wrong item. She explained that none of her backbacks were supposed to have any promotional stamps on them. She said they were going to send me a new one "the right one" free of charge to amend the error. Not only she emailed, but she also called me to explain the same and I now have my new backpack which looks exactly like the other one, but without any promotional stamp. ;-)The backpack is very convenient, light, and comfortable, just what i was looking for
