Review on 🔌 SHURFLO 12V Macerator Pump (3200-001) by Seth Hogate

I've had 2 of these on my boat in the last 4 years. During this time I had to repair once on one and twice on the other (impeller defective). One still works fine, but the other expired after just a few uses. Considering they're only pumped maybe twice a month, that's 24 times a year (maybe) for a total usage of 96 times, they might work 90 seconds and still need to be rebuilt or were just out of service after the rebuild. Not the best shredder. To be fair I installed these to replace two Jabsco shredders that were completely rotted in the blocks. They were still spinning when the button was pushed, but there was nothing left in the pump to spin.
