I really like this glass. It is a heavy ceramic material with a beautiful bright colored finish. The lid has a rubber seal and seems to seal well, but not so tight that it's difficult to open. It's small, so pay attention to the published dimensions. It contains about 20 Oreo sized cookies. After a week they were still fresh and crispy. Perfect for my table for the occasional cookie for me or the grandkids. Haven't tried writing on the label yet but it seems like a nice writing surface. I have nothing to complain about. While this provides an airtight lid, it may not be as airtight as you would like if you are storing delicate material for long periods of time.
