This electric impulse neck massager was a great idea but very poorly executed. The rigid shape of the collar means it has very uneven contact with your neck, especially if you have a long thin neck like mine. Even after my skin got a little wet, I had very poor contact. I tried silicone pads, they didn't help either. They don't move efficiently to conform to the shape of your neck and still fit oddly. What ends up happening to me is that I either don't feel the touch at all, or the touch hurts like hot pins - and the feeling of a needle. At the same time, the device is lightweight, charges quickly, and the voice helps you know what settings you're using. You can turn off the voice if it's too loud.
