I think their customer service was superb! They were always willing to help when needed but also had all my questions answered in advance so there wasn’t any need to call back or email them again later. The project itself ran smoothly once we got started - they didn't miss any deadlines which made it easy during implementation as well since those things are usually very important/stressful aspects at this stage (my experience). We used waypoints primarily because they do have many years' worth of data management tools built right within Salesforce; however, i'm sure other platforms could be helpful too depending upon your needs. There really isn't anything negative here that comes across while working with these guys- just great support from start to finish. Their team did everything possible throughout development until deployment day including testing multiple times before finally sending us live.
