I ordered this jacket and received it within a day. The jacket arrived nicely packed in a company labeled bag, lined inside with tissue paper once out of the bag - a clearly brand new jacket. It looked and felt great. I tried it on and it was slightly too snug for me. (Initially ordered a Large). So I initiated a return and immediately ordered a replacement in size XL. The second jacket also arrived within a day. This one however came all balled up, crumbled in a larger, what I’ll call generic bag. I immediately noticed the packaging difference as soon as I pulled out. I pull it out of its packaging and notice a long blonde hair on it. Someone else had clearly purchased it and returned it previously. I was not happy, to say the least. The item itself is a nice jacket. Had it been a brand new jacket I received, I’d have given it 5 stars.
