I was a little nervous about buying this, pretty good reviews but the seller was incredibly cool when I ordered. Currently has 94% positive results at 12 months. Rating but only 89% 30 day rating so it looks like customer service is declining. So I received the laptop in a standard box with the correct 90w adapter, with no instructions or anything. Well packaged the laptop looks brand new and appears never to have been used (not even dust on the fan). I checked ALL hardware, webcam works, battery life is 2 hours, all buttons are fine. The only flaw I found was that the DVD player couldn't read homemade DVDs. DVDs were recorded normally and played on another computer, but not on this one. Commercial DVDs and CDs play just fine, which is why it has a slightly defective DVD player. I didn't send it back because someone else was using the DVD anyway and I didn't want to risk getting one with more serious problems. I'm wondering if some of these "reconditioned" units are factory seconds? The keyboard is very good, better than most other laptop keyboards, although not as good as older ThinkPads (I have an even older ThinkPad X100e with a better keyboard). paid. Fast loading, fast work. great car. Windows 10 installed and activated two issues with the number on the sticker on the bottom of the computer. You have to scrape off the silver material covering the first 4 numbers. Anyway, I'm very happy.
