I bought this in February 2017. He passed away this past weekend, July 1st, 2017. That's life for five months. He slowed down and it was time to charge. I did it on June 29th and when it came time to use it nothing happened. Not even a whisper of a sound. This is unacceptable. This should be enough for at least a 2 year warranty. Now I'm looking for warranty information in old documents; how to return and where? proof of purchase? You did not receive a receipt from Revain. Maybe a screenshot of my order page? Anyway, it's just a lot of hassle that I don't have to worry about just 5 months after purchase.
