Review on Phenom TXM Platform by Lamar Vanderburg

The ability of this platform was very helpful during my recruitment process as it gave me access from any device at anytime anywhere I needed assistance or clarification regarding anything that came up along our interviews/ selection stages etc! It could be improved by adding more functionality such as video interviewing which would have been really great especially since we were looking into remote work opportunities so having some sortof live stream feature might also prove beneficial? Definitely use them if you are considering using their services they will definitely deliver whatthey promise unlike other companies who always seem like promises never get kept but Pheonix did not disappoint us once again!! They helped bring back missing pieces withinmy current team when hiring new members hence allowing myself & others better productivity while working together towards achieving goals.
