I gave it 3 stars, Id rate the knife a 5 especially at this price point but the sheath I give a 1.The knife was very nice, came razor sharp and felt great in my hand. The problem was the sheath which was a disappointment. I didn't feel it would securely hold the knife for my intended purpose. If you plan to wear this in an always vertical fashion you'll be ok. But the sheath has several canting options, unfortunately unless you want the blade to fall out canting it is not an option.
