Update: So after 2 months of use I still have the same problem. When cleaning floors quickly, when I pull the mop towards me, the mop head flips over and scratches the floor. This is very annoying, especially when you are in a hurry, because you always have to hold 2 hands (one below the other) on the mop to keep the mop head on the floor. I have never had this problem with any previous mop. If the return window didn't close I would go back and get something else. So far, so good. I needed a replacement for my old spray mop. This one is a bit wider, but I can still put some old pads on it as I have extra ones. It looks like the quality is the same as the old one so I expect it to last a few years. It's very easy to use and the washable pads are great.
