To be honest I find the brush a bit pricey compared to the OXO Natural Blonde Tampico brushes (heavy thick/wide plastic handle that's easier to use). at $4-8. well cleaned and were durable, just no longer available. I chose this slightly shorter brush length, but it works well for cleaning chemically treated fresh fruit and veg and is also slightly effective for cleaning my pans. Dawn Dish Detergent makes it less abrasive on my hands than just using plain steel wool pads. It keeps its shape and dries well. The goalkeeper! [despite the $13-$16 range] Hopefully more will buy more as the price drops to $10 in the best range. I miss my OXO Natural Blonde Tampico brushes!
