It rained very heavily here for two days. New wipers work perfectly: smoothly, without streaks, silently. As others have pointed out, the instructions are terrible. I'm an engineer and have owned 24 cars and changed the blades on all of them frequently so that shouldn't be a problem. However, these guys have made it a huge problem for two reasons. First of all, one of the adapters is pre-installed on the blade, but there is no mention of having to remove that adapter in order to attach the actual adapter required. So you will try to install the adapter you need on top of the existing adapter and it will drive you crazy. Second, once you figure out that you need to remove the pre-assembled adapter, there are no instructions on how to do it so you get hyperparanoid that you'll damage the blade mount if you remove the adapter, rendering the whole purchase useless. If you're lucky and careful, you'll play around with the pre-installed adapter enough to find that it was pressed right onto the wiper arm. You need to pull it straight up and down firmly but gently. Then, to install the adapter you want, you need to do the opposite: push it straight down and snap it into place. As my ex-wife said, "It shouldn't be like this."
