I've always hated working with windows and mirrors. My husband has a talent for it and he tried to show me the right technique BUT I DID NOT ALWAYS do all the series. Our Arizona home has HUGE areas of glass (windows and doors) and the Arizona sun highlights ALL the streaks and voids. I dreamed of hiring a monthly window cleaner. My bathrooms have 5x10 foot mirrors above the vanity that show all the water splashes from the sinks and streaks from cleaning the steam area to see after the shower. I was scared of those house cleaning jobs. Last year I used my steam cleaner to practically make windows disappear and mirrors shine, but I don't always want to go through that BIG cleaning, so I bought Hope! THAT IS AMAZING. I used paper towels (Baunty Basic) and had no problem getting a nice streak-free finish. I ended up with the last towel of those cheap ($1) cotton towels that I only keep for this type of work. Perfection. I wish I had found Hope sooner because now I can see clearly through my sunlit windows and never have to close my eyes to the striped mirror.
