I definitely love having essential oils sprayed in my car. Either way, Do Terra smells wonderful when you deactivate it. There are 3 different off modes, indicated by red light when plugged in, permanent on indicated by blue light, and intermittent indicated by violet light. Get off your touch device so all you have to do is press the power button and it will switch between 3 modes. Simply mixing it into a fragrance doesn't disperse the smell very well, but I had an intermittent cycle to begin with. After driving my car in for a while, I think the smell will be lighter everywhere. One thing for the bathroom is that my window doesn't fog up, so I have to turn on the defrost in blue mode every few minutes. Hurtle mode didn't put out enough steam to fog up the window in my opinion.
