Cheap Chinese Product with Faulty DVR
I bought this video surveillance system for my office. The product worked for 26 hours, after that the mouse stopped working and I couldn't log in. So the system is useless. Scoured the web for a similar issue with a google search for "swann security mouse not working" and was surprised to find many others with a similar issue. I tried to call Swann in the US but was put on hold and disconnected from Swann with no help.
