This is an excellent pump that has many good things going for it and a few significant drawbacks.Pro:- doesn’t make a lot of noise. I was really surprised at how quiet it is. At the same time, it’s not stealthy, just quiet enough to ignore easily.- Good suction - very good! With lots of levels!- Very comfortable- I forgot I was wearing it!- A timer on the device! It shows how long you have been pumping right on the display - so helpful to not need a clock or cell phone!- The massage mode is very good at getting a let-down, at least for me.- The shape is rounded so it definitely is ignorable while in the bra. It looked pretty normal, though slightly larger, when I looked in the mirror.- It holds 6oz of milk! The American in bra pumps can only hold 4oz!- It doesn’t leak through the diagram! There’s always a little left between the diaphragm and the valve and then the container gets inverted to pour The leftovers don’t leak out of the diaphragm edges! Do good job there! The cons:- the pump automatically turns off when the timer hits 20 minutes. This could be a pro or a con depending on your preference. For me, it’s a con because I like to pump for 25-30 min… but it is SO helpful to help you gage the time.- There are only two settings: massage and quick suction bursts - there’s no long draw! I was really disappointed at this because long draws with hand massage are how I get the most milk. However, it does still get milk out, so it does work, but I do produce significantly less with this pump than others.- You need to pour the milk into a separate storage bag. I don’t really mind this one bc it holds 6 oz(!) and the pour spout makes me feel much more cool than I am.- Doesn’t have a wall block for charging…- The diaphragm is shaped a little wonky with ribbing so it’s significantly harder to clean than other pumps I’ve used. You just need to make sure you have small soft bottle cleaner and/or get your pinky in there. BUT I do think this diaphragm performs better than any other I’ve seen or experienced. It’s not going to easily tear.- The container parts (not the pump) came smelling really really bad (noxious fumes bad) - especially the silicone, but it was every plastic part that comes in contact with milk. The way I got it to a useable level was by washing, then boiling the parts for ten minutes, then letting them soak in (initially) hot green tea for two hours. Then, wash again I let them sit dry for at least 24 hours. The smell was then very l minimal at this point, but I stuck them in a sterilizer to be safe, and then used them. After the sterilizer there was no smell. My process worked, but man! It took multiple days! They should just come cleaned of the noxious fumes! I’d happily pay an extra $10 to not have to go through this process!Overall, this is a great pump that is just missing a few key components for me (specifically the long draw setting and the fumes), so 4/5, but if you don’t mind the cons I mentioned, then go for it!
