Review on Crazy Egg by Kofi Wills

I love that it makes my work easier! It's easy enough for anyone in our organization (including non-developers) to use without having any coding knowledge or technical skills required at all.

The customer support is also great - we had one issue with an account but were able to resolve very quickly thanks to their team member who was quick to respond via email. We are using this product primarily as a way to see what people click when visiting pages within our site. This helps us understand how users navigate through content areas which then allows me to make changes where needed.
