We love these pajamas so much we bought several pairs! These are my son's favorite pajamas! They've stood up to daily wear and dozens of washes! Stretchy and soft fabric. My son is 7 and tall for his age. usually wears size 10 pants and size 10-12 shirts. We bought him these pajamas in size 44 to give him room to grow. They still fit well with some room to grow because they are stretchy.
