I just started a weight loss program, and I am giving this product a try, along with their food. I made this shake with Almond Milk, and it was thick, creamy and delicious! Highly recommend, hit the spot, use it as my breakfast. The food is good too, just add some yummy no starch side vegetables and it is better the Nutrisystem. And much less in cost. Glad I found these products on Ebay.
