The ease of integration with our system! As an example we were able to integrate it very quickly without any issues at all or learning curve for that matter - just plug in one device per person who is getting trained up as well so no extra time needed there either!! Also they are always quick & helpful when I have questions about how something works etc which makes me feel like my business partner/partnership rather than another vendor trying sell us things (as some other providers seem).

Currently nothing but really easy implementation process from start till finish was what i got outta them too though this could be because im new compared others more experienced staff members / partners maybe?
