Looks like just what I needed for my project: 3 inch diameter wheel, solid construction, pivoting ball bearing and no lock-up. BUT: The new rubber smells very strongly of chemicals and the wheels leave marks on the wooden floor. I contacted the seller and about the smell they said "this is rubber so of course they will smell". And about the marks on the floor, the seller said he didn't know if my floor was suitable. Anyway, this is for my storage carts; They won't roll out very often, so I'm hoping the smell and rubber rubbing on the floor go away. In the meantime, I suggest you don't buy them for internal functions.
