Wand not working. It stops working intermittently and we have to stop to reset it. The bluetooth adapter is terrible. It's too expensive for what he does. We have bought 4 for our business so far. They burn constantly and are very unreliable. We were looking for a handheld scanner that worked flawlessly, but we chose this one because we know the devil.
