The wrist splint seems well built and comfortable. It comes with a 5" x 3 1/2" ice/heat pack (I would have preferred a little larger size).I had two difficulties. First, the instructions and videos didn't show where to put the ice/heat pack. There's a small pocket inside, but it seems small and lines up a little to the side of my wrist. I did find comments recommending putting the ice/heat pack in a sock (I chose this since it's easier to manage) or wrapping in a towel or cloth.Second, there was nothing documented on how to clean or wash the wrist splint. Thankfully some user comments suggested either hand washing it or machine washing it using the gentle cycle.Before machine washing the wrist splint, I removed the metal splint and made sure none of the Velcro hooks were exposed (so they don't catch on other clothes). Then I put the wrist splint in a mesh laundry bag and washed it using the gentle cycle, which worked well.
