Updated update. I actually resolved the problem with the zipper, there was a small piece of plastic in the zip part. Once I got that out it worked fine. I did however have to cut off the giant clunky hood. I work in a warehouse with very little heat so I wear a jacket on top of it but it's very uncomfortable because the hood is so clunky. With the hood cut off it's fabulous.Update: Switched from 4 stars to 3. The zipper sucks so much that I actually thought about returning this. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, the zipper will not unzip all the way, apparently made this way intentionally, so it's kind of like a pullover fleece but not really. Really sucks when you want to put it on or take it off. No idea why they thought this was a good idea.HATE HATE HATE the zipper. Would have gotten 5 stars.
