The seller was satisfied with this product. The product description was accurate as the keyboard was attached to the case with magnets. It quickly synced to my 4th gen iPad Air. The problem I had was that the keyboard was very articulated and I was afraid it would fall off and break. Even when you closed the case with the keyboard, it didn't close completely, which made me wonder if it's designed for that. be somewhere else I returned it for these reasons, but it may not be a factor for others.
